Welcome to Luxury Sofa. By accessing or using our website, the AI try-on tool, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The AI try-on tool

AI visualizations are approximate. Our try-on tool uses artificial intelligence to place a sofa into a photo of your room. The result is an illustration only — colors, fabric texture, proportions, scale, lighting and fit are estimates and will differ from the actual product. Always rely on the product specifications (dimensions, materials, color names) shown on the product page rather than the generated image.

The try-on feature is provided for inspiration and convenience. It is not a promise that a product will look, fit, or feel as shown in any generated image.

2. Your content

When you upload a photo of your room, you confirm you have the right to use it. You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to produce your visualization and to operate and improve the service. Do not upload photos that contain other people without their consent, or any unlawful content.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We work to keep product details accurate, but errors can occur; we may correct an error and cancel an affected order even after it is placed. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Sofas are hand-built and made to order.

4. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, photography and software are owned by Luxury Sofa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and the try-on tool are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Luxury Sofa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any AI-generated image. Nothing here limits any product warranty offered with a purchased sofa or any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
