Privacy Policy & GDPR
Last updated: 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. It covers U.S. visitors (including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA) and visitors in the EU/UK (under the GDPR).
1. Information we collect
- Room photos you upload for the AI try-on.
- Generated images produced from your photo.
- Order & contact details you provide at checkout (name, email, shipping address, phone).
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser/user-agent, pages
viewed, and a randomly generated
tryon_cidcookie used to keep your personal try-on history on your device.
2. How we use it
- To generate your try-on images and show your history.
- To process orders, payments, shipping and support.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
3. AI processing
AI visualizations are approximate. Our try-on tool uses artificial intelligence to place a sofa into a photo of your room. The result is an illustration only — colors, fabric texture, proportions, scale, lighting and fit are estimates and will differ from the actual product. Always rely on the product specifications (dimensions, materials, color names) shown on the product page rather than the generated image.
To create your visualization, your uploaded photo is sent to our AI image provider for processing. We do not sell your photos.
4. Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service — for example our AI image-generation provider, cloud storage/hosting, and our payment processor. They may process data only on our behalf.
5. Retention
We keep uploaded photos and generated images for as long as needed to provide the service and your history, and order records as required by law. You can delete individual try-ons from your “My try-ons” page.
6. Your rights
California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK (GDPR): you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent (for the try-on), performance of a contract (orders), and our legitimate interests (operating and securing the site).
7. Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies (such as tryon_cid and
your cart/session) needed for the site to work. We do not use them to sell your
data.
